| David O. Lewis
- Partner david.lewis@bpclllaw.com David Lewis' practice is concentrated in civil litigation, liability defense, worker's compensation, commercial cases, and estate disputes. He handles both trial and appellate matters. He was admitted to the North Carolina Bar in 1981. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and his law degree from the University of North Carolina School of Law. Mr. Lewis has served as a professor of business law in the UNC system, and has written extensively on insurance defense and commercial law subjects. He is certified as a Civil Trial Advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy and is a member of the Defense Research Institute and the North Carolina Association of Defense Attorneys. He is admitted to practice in all state courts as well as the federal district courts for the Eastern, Middle and Western Districts of North Carolina, the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. Lindsley - Partner jeremy.lindsley@bpclllaw.com Mr. Lindsley received his Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from Boston University (1993) and his law degree from Rutgers School of Law - Camden (1998). He was admitted to the North Carolina Bar in 1999 and has been practicing with the firm ever since. He is admitted to practice in all State courts and the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of North Carolina. His areas of practice include general civil matters and litigation, insurance defense, commercial law, estate planning, estate administration, estate disputes, business formation and corporate governance, workers’ compensation, criminal defense and traffic violations.
